Terms & Conditions: All works are accompanied by our free workmanship guarantee. Please sign and keep the "contract and guarantee" sheet safe. In the event the need arises, we regret to inform you, re-working can not be carried out without this. Re-working is applicable to work carried out by E&E Contracting, and regarding works outlined in this quotation ONLY. Re-working applies to labour ONLY. E&E Contracting will not be held responsible for damage/loss of function of working components due to lack of care, deliberate or accidental abuse, general wear and tear or vandalism. The company shall not be held liable for damage or injury caused by its goods or workmanship carried out by any employees thereof. Any actions taken by personnel not associated with the company are done so at own risk and any consequences resultant from such actions will not render the company liable for repair/ replacement/ reworking/ for any legal implications. E&E requests that none of the details within its quotations be discussed with any employees thereof, E&E reserves the right to view any none compliance in this regard as a breach of contract and as a result are free to retract and terminate this contract at anytime. Advice information and opinion given by any employee or agent of the company is given without legal responsibility. Any recommendation or suggestion relating to the use of any goods in response to specific enquiry is given in good faith, but it is for the customer to satisfy himself of the suitability of the goods for his particular purpose and he shall be deemed to have done so. E&E Contracting wishes to make note that all precious materials/articles be removed from the working area before the start date, as we will not be liable for any loss/damage to these. This quote is based upon the works requested and as outlined within, ONLY. Any additional works shall be quoted for separately. Day rate is based upon an average working day of 8 hours. Settlement for goods and services supplied shall be made strictly within 7 days of the agreed completion date. Payments may be made by cash, automated bank transfer or cheque made payable to E & E Contracting Ltd. We reserve the right to add interest at the rate of 25% per month or part thereof against all overdue accounts.
